I’m Shani. Owner and the cake decorator at Valentine Cakery and Bakery.

Baking started for me as a hobby way back in secondary school, but it eventually became a career in 2017 when I decided to roll out my own spatulas! Hence, I have advanced by completing diploma of Cakes and bakes. I have many years of experience in cake decorating.

I strongly believe that I have been blessed with a divine creativity to bake and decorate cakes so unique that they are a sight to behold.

It has been a wonderful and challenging journey with pleasant occurrences along the way. For me bringing a new technique to every cake that I make is more gratifying than I can describe.

My mission is “always help our Customers find Moments of Happiness and Satisfaction by delivering superior products and services that exceed their expectations.”

There is an old cliché that says you’re not supposed to mix business with pleasure, but we are a great example that couples working together do work! Not only do we get to spend more time with each other, but we also get to pursue our passion, side-by-side.

Valentine Cakery and Bakery was born in our home kitchen years back and our creations quickly became popular among friends and family alike, so we decided to take it to another level. In Year of 2017 we have moved to a large purpose-built kitchen where we have been working hard to become a well-known name within the cake industry. All our cakes are scratch baked using high quality, trusted ingredients.

Valentine Cakery and Bakery also offers a full line of cakes and desserts for any occasion. We want to share that passion with our customers who come far and wide to enjoy the desserts we have spent sleepless nights thinking up, testing, and producing at the very highest standard possible. We are committed to creating all our products that look and taste spectacular, are full of nutrients and enjoyed at reasonable prices.
